The Czech Republic is offering fully funded scholarships for the 2026/2027 academic year. This program gives students from selected developing countries the chance to study for Master’s or PhD degrees at top public universities in the Czech Republic.
The scholarship is part of the Czech government’s support for education and development. It also helps to strengthen international cooperation while giving students the opportunity to live and study in one of Europe’s most historic countries.
What the Scholarship Covers

Who Can Apply
- Applicants must be from one of these countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova, or Zambia.
- Must not hold Czech or EU citizenship or permanent residency.
- Must already have a Bachelor’s degree (for Master’s applicants) or a Master’s degree (for PhD applicants).
- Must show good academic records and leadership potential.
- Must agree to follow the rules of Czech universities and scholarship regulations.
